Yes my friends the Jackal is back!
As Tony Blair said so many years ago – his priorities were “Education, Education, Education!” – and so say all of us. Well Big Dave has realised that the task of getting his Masters Degree is all consuming (Stu – I remember it well myself…) any way he has made the sensible decision to put his education first. But by doing so he realised that he could no longer make the commitment required to captain The Originals.
So “mes amis” the Jackal is back for another season – and the Chairman would like to make it clear that this is nothing to do with the fact that he is close to becoming the club’s leading wicket taker and that by being skipper he can ensure he only bowls at rabbits!
We wish Stu well in his studies – he will continue in the role of vice and we wish the Jackal another successful season!
